How do I get started?

Choose the room size you need – give us a call and we’ll reserve it for you!

Security is paramount at Hillcrest so we ask you bring along two forms of ID:

  • Driving license or passport – must have a photo.
  • A utility bill that shows your address.

If you need anyone else to access your stuff while it’s here we will need their ID too to make sure everything is safe – with your permission of course.

What can I store?

You can store whatever you like at Hillcrest – but there are just a few exceptions that we have to hold you to:

  • No food.
  • No living creatures.
  • No combustible / flammable materials.
  • No firearms / explosives.
  • No chemicals or compressed gas.
  • No illegal substances.

How do I pay?

Payment is by direct debit only.

How do I get my stuff to you?

We can recommend van hire services locally and also ‘Man with a Van’ services and removal companies. We have sack / platform trolleys for you to use and it’s nice to know our rooms are all on the ground floor for your moving day!

Don’t forget to lock up!

To secure your unit you’ll need a padlock. We sell them but you can bring your own.
